Children are very welcome but they are your responsibility at all times.
We have activites for them including Drumming, Circus Skills, Story Telling and Face Painting (Face Painting at additional cost).
Even though we are not charging for children under 18 at attend, you MUST still order a child ticket for them. A maximum of 3 children per paying adult. If you will have more children than this ratio, then an additional adult ticket will need to be purchased.
CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE OVER 18 WITH A FULL VALID TICKET. No children only ticket orders will be fulfilled unless an adult tickets has been previously purchased. Please see Clause 5 in our T&Cs.
There will be signposts directing you into the site from the M2/A249 Stockbury Roundabout.
We will email ticket holders prior to the Festival with full instructions.
No seating is provided, so please bring your own. These will have to be removed from the Arena each day.
Small beach type shelters (under 4ft tall) may be bought into the Arena for the protection of childrens & dogs, but must be placed at the top of the field so not to obscure other Festival-Goers view.
FLAGS WELCOME, but again these must be high enough not to block the view of others behind you.

Safety our our Festival Goers, Staff, Artists and Stall Holders is of our upmost concern, and we will be adhering to all Government Guidelines as they stand at the time of the Festival.

Drink & Alcohol
Our bar will be serving local Ales, Ciders and Lagers at £4 a pint. There will also be wines, Spirits and soft drinks available too.
No alcohol is to be bought into the Festival Arena, but you can bring and consume your own in the camping areas.
Security will be operating bag searches on entry, and if alcohol is found you will be asked to return it to your car or camping area. Both the bag search and not allowing alcohol into the Arena are conditions of our licence, and we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Alcohol will be served to those aged 18 or over only. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove your age with ID and be given a wristband so you will only be ID'ed once!
FREE WATER is available from the numerous Standpipes around the site.
As the Arena is normally home to horses, and will be returned to them after the event, NO GLASS is allowed on site for their, and your safety.
We also want to dramatically reduce plastic waste at the Festival so will be selling souvenir 'glasses' to you on your first visit to the bar, which you can exchange for a clean one on each time you order another drink. You can then take this with you at the end of the day. Dont forget to bring it back for the next day or we will have to ask you to buy another (which you may want to do anyway!). Or feel free to bring your own tankard.
Metal Water Bottles will also be available to buy from the merchandise stall for you to fill up as many times as you like.
We have a good variety of Stall Holders including Clothing Stalls, Jewellery makers, Toys, Pet supplies, Musical Instruments to name just a few of the items available to purchase. Most stalls will accept both cash and cards.
We will not have a cash point on site.
We would prefer that you used card payments at the bar for Covid safety reasons.
Most Stall holders will accept card payments too, but please be aware that some may not so you may need to bring cash with you.
Your four legged friends are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them! So please remember your pooh bags!
Bowls of water will be available at all stand pipes.
You will exchange for ticket for a wristband at the exchange point at the entrance to the Arena. Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable. Please keep it safe as you will not be issued with another!
NHS Staff, Emergency Services Staff, Teachers/Educational Support Staff and Students will be issued a £5 Bar voucher on presentation of valid photo ID work or NUS card badge when they exchange their ticket for their wristband ONLY and will not be able to claim the voucher at any other time.
