Arrival & Directions
The festival arena opens at 3pm to 11pm on Thursday and 11am until midnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
There will be signposts directing you into the site from the M2/A249 Stockbury Roundabout.
Chairs
No seating is provided, so please bring your own. These will have to be removed from the Arena each day.
Small beach type shelters (under 4ft tall) may be bought into the Arena for the protection of childrens & dogs, but must be placed at the top of the field so not to obscure other Festival-Goers view.
FLAGS WELCOME, but again these must be high enough not to block the view of others behind you.
Covid-19
For our up to date information please click here.
Safety our our Festival Goers, Staff, Artists and Stall Holders is of our upmost concern, and we will be adhering to all Government Guidelines as they stand at the time of the Festival.
Food
Please support our amazing food stalls. There will be a wide choice, including Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat and Gluten Free options.
Please speak to the stall holders prior to ordering if you have any allergies or questions.
Drink & Alcohol
Our bar will be serving local Ales, Ciders and Lagers. There will also be wines, spirits and soft drinks available too.
No drinks can be brought into the Festival Arena, but you can bring and consume your own in the camping areas.
Security will be operating bag searches on entry, and if prohibited items are found you will be asked to return it to your car or camping area. Both the bag search and not allowing drinks into the Arena are conditions of our licence, and we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Alcohol will be served to those aged 18 or over only. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove your age with ID and be given a wristband so you will only be ID'ed once!
FREE WATER is available from the numerous Standpipes around the site.
Glass
As the Arena is normally home to horses, and will be returned to them after the event, NO GLASS is allowed on site for their, and your safety.
We also want to dramatically reduce plastic waste at the Festival so will be selling souvenir cups to you on your first visit to the bar. You can then take this with you at the end of the day. Don't forget to bring it back for the next day or we will have to ask you to buy another (which you may want to do anyway!). Alternatively, feel free to bring your own cup or tankard.
Metal Water Bottles will also be available to buy from the merchandise stall for you to fill up as many times as you like.
Money
We will not have a cash point on site.
We would prefer that you used card payments at the bar and will have one till for cash payments.
Most Stall holders will accept card payments too, but please be aware that some may not so you may need to bring cash with you.
Public Transport
As the site is in a rural location, there is no direct bus route to the festival site. To get here on public transport the easiest way is to get the train to Sittingbourne and then get a taxi to the Festival Site from the taxi rank just outside the station which will cost around £12. We are about 5 miles from the town centre.
Concessions
We have a good variety of Stall Holders including Clothing Stalls, Jewellery makers and crafts, to name just a few of the items available to purchase. Most stalls will accept both cash and cards.
Dogs
Your four legged friends are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them! So please remember your poo bags!
Bowls of water will be available at all stand pipes.
Wristbands
You will exchange for ticket for a wristband at the exchange point at the entrance to the Arena. Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable. Please keep it safe as you will not be issued with another!
Taxis
There will be a Taxi collection and drop off point which will be signposted from the Arena.
If you book a taxi to or from the site please meet them there.
